Dijon Apple Coleslaw is a delicious no mayo coleslaw recipe for those who love coleslaw but don’t love mayonnaise. My dijon and sour cream based coleslaw is tangy, provides the perfect crunch and is very easy!

Why use sour cream instead of Mayo?
One serving of sour cream is 2 tablespoons. That provides just 52 calories—half the amount that’s in a single tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mayo is loaded with high-fat and is calorie dense composition, which makes it one of the most fattening foods when paired with other things. Greek yogurt is also a great Mayo alternative!

My favorite ways to eat this dijon apple coleslaw is in a buttery fish taco, next to a fried chicken, inside a corned beef sandwich or just on its own!
