Slow Cooker Chai-Spiced Apple Cider
Yield: 2 quarts

Ingredients
2 quarts apple cider
1-inch whole piece ginger, peeled and quartered
2 cinnamon sticks
6 cardamom pods
6 cloves
4 black peppercorns
1/2 vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise
Instructions
Pour apple cider into a slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients.
Cook on low until hot and spiced through, about 4 hours. Strain mixture and discard spices before serving.
