Starting it my list of plant based junk food with my favorite, Peatos Classic Onions made from peas. The flavor on these are insanely good. I honestly think the Peatos are better than Funions and I loveeeee Funyons. If you’re a fan of onions, pick up yourself a bag of these here.
I asked myself; “why wouldn’t they just use an onion to make these?” But peas have way more protein, dietary fiber and multiple more essential vitamins and minerals. Check out this post on the difference between peas and onions

These delicate little squares of deliciousness are an excellent replacement to cheese itz! The texture is very light and crunchy with a slight flavor of butternut squash/parmesan.
I think it would be a yummy topper for a soup or salad if you crunch them up 😋 just like the cauliflower stalks, the flavor is very light, but tasty!
