If you’re asking yourself, wait… is peanut butter keto? we have good news. Peanut butter is naturally low in carbs and high in fat and protein, making it keto-friendly. Wondering what brand of peanut butter is best for keto? make sure to check the label for added sweeteners—the fewer ingredients, the better. Dada uses Thrive Market Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, which is keto-friendly and free of added sugar.

5-Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Yields: 12 Cookies
Active Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients
3/4 cup Thrive Market Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Lakanto Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Vanilla Extract
1 cup Thrive Market Almond Flour, packed

Instructions
-Preheat your oven to 350F. Whisk together the beaten egg, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract until the mixture is very smooth. Add the almond flour and mix it into the wet ingredients until it is fully incorporated. The cookie dough should be thick and sticky!

-Form the dough into cookies using about 1–2 tablespoons of dough for each, depending on how big or small you’d like your cookies to be, and place on a baking sheet. Press the tines of a fork into the top of each cookie to form a criss-cross pattern. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges of the cookies start to turn golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
